Support Coordination

Happy Care works through the NDIS scheme to assist individuals living with a disability. We consult and cooperate with you to find the best way to use the resources and funds at your disposal.

Your NDIS Funding is allocated according to what is reasonable and necessary for your situation and goals. You might also have additional support from family, community, or other government services

We aim to:

• Help you understand and use the NDIS funds to assist your living situation and pursue future goals.
• Find the most appropriate and useful way to use funds and resources.
• Connect you with community and government services.
• Develop skills and confidence, enabling you to coordinate your support and assistance.
• Look at funding for home and living supports as well as employer situations that have training and facilities designed for your benefit.

Your NDIS resources and funds may have a stated limit on the level or type of support. Or it may have a budget that can be allocated in a flexible manner. There is a level of specialist support for individuals whose disabilities require more complex assistance.

Support coordination is about tailoring the funds and resources to best suit your needs and modifying them as your situation changes.
